Planning application submitted

We are pleased to confirm that our planning application has now been submitted to the City of London Corporation.

Our proposals seek to deliver the most sustainable collection of buildings in the City of London, with extensive public benefits, through the sensitive refurbishment of Grade II* listed Holland House, the reestablishment of James’ court pocket park and Heneage Lane, and the creation of Creechurch Hall.

You can read about our plans to deliver flexible, affordable and accessible community spaces here in our Cultural Strategy.

We would like to thank everyone who took the time to provide their feedback to date. You can now view the full planning application on the City of London Corporation’s website here, using application ref:24/00021/FULEIA on the Council’s planning portal.

If you have any further questions or would like to get in touch with the project team, please email, or call 0203 900 3676.
